If the property is farmland assessed, the size and number limitations do not apply.

ZONING REQUIREMENTS FOR SWIMMING POOLS

Setback Requirement:                                                   25 Feet from any lot line

Other Requirements:     Pools cannot occupy more than 25% of the rear yard area (maximum 800 sq. ft) Pool must be surrounded by fencing (Check with the Building Dept. for State requirements)

ZONING REQUIREMENTS FOR OPEN DECKS

Setback Requirement:   10 Feet from any lot line

            20 Feet from adjoining structures

Maximum Size: 360 Square feet in total area

If the deck is enclosed (covered porch), the requirements are the same as a principal structure.
