Township encompasses 34.8 square miles of scenic
land. Culver Lake and Lake Owassa, two natural
lakes nestled below the Kittatinny Mountain, form
the border on the north end. Ross' Corner, the
very busy intersection of Routes 206, 15 and 565
has views of the mountain from the southern entrance
to the township.

WHEREAS,
the Township Committee of the Township
of Frankford, following the review
and recommendations of the Frankford
Township Land Use Board has adopted
Ordinance 2008-04 in an amended
form for the purpose of adding certain
specifically prohibited uses to
the existing C-1 and C-2 zones along
designated portions of Route 206;
