Sussex
County Meals On Wheels has addressed
the issue of hunger for sussex county homebound
seniors for thirty years. We want to continue
to meet this need in the future . But, just
as you are faced with the demands of increase
in the prices of gasoline and the cost of
a trip to a local supermarket, our agency
must struggle each year to meet these budgetary
deficits on a much grander scale. Meals on
Wheels has at least four vehicles out delivering
each day and our food costs have risen 25%
in just two years. They are asking for Donations
of $15.00 which will match the donation for
a weeks delivery of hot nutritious meals for
a homebound senior, however any amount is
welcome and volunteers to help deliver midday
meals. Find
